Tracy German Obituary

Tracy Elizabeth German, age 43, of Keymar, Maryland passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 3, 2026.

Tracy was born in Forest Hill, Maryland and was the beloved daughter of Marion (Borisevic) Bowman and the late Dennis Leroy German, sister to Stephen Nelson German, niece to Benny German and the late Randy German and Midge Cullen, cousin to Cindy Huls, Shelly Bulla, Dawn Thiessen, Robbie German, Tommy German and Erin Silber. Also niece to William Borisevic and Tom Fjord and cousin to Arin Borisevic, Emily Nazelrod, and Casey Welzant.

Tracy graduated from Hood College and worked her way up from dispatcher to manager at the 911 Frederick County Emergency Center. She was presented a citation for assisting State Senator Cheryl Kagan with the Commission to Advance Next-Generation 911 as the voice of 1,400 dispatchers across Maryland. Tracy then worked at Amour Flowers in Frederick, Maryland, initially part-time then transitioning to full-time as manager of the shop. She became part of the Amour shop owners’ family as she learned the many aspects of running the shop when they traveled.

Tracy enjoyed reading, gaming, crocheting and sharing Wordle puzzle, texts, and facetime with her beloved friends and family.

Tracy’s Celebration of Life is scheduled at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, Maryland 21136 on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 12 to 2 p.m..
