From the District 17 Community Meeting with Your State Legislators….
After I welcomed our Standing Room Only crowd, I recognized our elected officials and candidates for Rockville City Council. In order, Delegates Kumar Barve, Jim Gilchrist, and Julie Palakovich Carr spoke about our legislative session. I batted clean-up with a report on legislation that hadn’t been mentioned plus an overview of my own accomplishments. Following that, we had an engaging series of a dozen questions from the audience.
